So the buzz is..."How was she nominated over Trina?" It does surprise me but Lola Monroe may be the new "Nicki Minaj and Trina" mixed in one. Lola Monroe, formally known as “Angel Lola Luv”, the notorious urban model Lola Monroe has now transitioned into music recently releasing her debut single Overtime featuring Trina, which is on her 4th mix tape: Batteries NOT Included. The video for this single debuted on BET’s 106th and Park on November 19th as New Joint of the Week. I personally like her, and her music..Although I'd have to agree that she sounds A LOT like NM, only with a more Southern swag.
